the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the spacious rooms were a plus, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. the location also offers easy access to Kalinga Stadium and other nearby attractions. a very enjoyable experience.
We did notice some areas where cleanliness could have been improved, such as the washroom area.

The hotel location is perfect! It is strategically located, near the stadium and away from the bustling city life. The staff was accommodating and friendly, they let us check-in a bit early and provided hot water when the water heater was not working. The food was also nice and tasty, and the rooms were spacious enough for us to roam.
Our experience was not entirely great. Some areas like the bathroom and the buckets were dirty.

Hassle-free business stay, good value for money. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the location was convenient for my meetings. the hotel staff were courteous and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and providing prompt room service. the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Room cleanliness could have been better. the bathroom needed some extra scrubbing, and the linens could have been freshened up.
